Do you service factory-fitted CNG vehicles?+
We welcome enquiries for factory-fitted CNG cars, small commercial vehicles, trucks and buses. Share the make, model, year and concern so we can confirm diagnostic access, parts and workshop suitability before you travel.
Which makes and models can I enquire about?+
Enquiries are welcome across makes, including Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Hyundai, Toyota, Mahindra, Ashok Leyland, Eicher and SML. A listed manufacturer or model is a reference, not confirmation that every variant is supported. The exact engine and CNG system are checked first.
Can you check low mileage, misfire or poor pickup?+
Yes, you can request a diagnosis. These symptoms can have several causes, including ignition, air supply, fuel delivery or a mechanical issue. Inspection and system-specific checks come before any repair recommendation; a mileage increase is not guaranteed.
How much does CNG servicing cost?+
There is no single price for every CNG system. The estimate depends on the vehicle, diagnosis, required parts and agreed work. Ask for an itemised estimate before repairs or component replacement.
Can I request an estimate before repairs?+
Yes. Share your make, model and symptoms first. Inspection may be needed to confirm the cause and parts required. The repair scope and estimate should be agreed before work starts.
Do you handle CNG fleet repair and service?+
Send the vehicle models, fleet size, mileage, duty cycle and main concerns. Service and repair scope are assessed for each vehicle system. Confirm scheduling, workshop capacity and parts availability before booking.
Will independent servicing affect my manufacturer warranty?+
Check your vehicle warranty terms with the manufacturer or authorised dealer before booking warranty-related work. VAFS is an independent service enquiry centre; manufacturer names and images do not imply OEM authorisation.
What should I do if I smell gas?+
Stop using the vehicle, keep people away from ignition sources and seek qualified assistance from a safe place. Alert station staff if refuelling. For immediate danger, contact emergency services. Do not drive to the workshop or attempt a high-pressure-system repair yourself.
