Enquiries
The enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp message with the details you enter. It does not submit your enquiry to a website database. Your request reaches VAFS only when you send it through WhatsApp. WhatsApp handles messages under its own privacy terms.
How your details are used
VAFS uses the information you choose to send to respond to your enquiry, assess vehicle requirements and discuss requested services. Avoid sending identity documents or other sensitive information through this form.
Cookies & measurement
The website stores your cookie preference in this browser. Optional Google and Meta tracking is disabled unless you accept optional cookies and the business has configured its account identifiers. If enabled, those providers may receive page views, campaign information and interaction events such as call or WhatsApp clicks. Contact details and form text are not included in those website events.
